Why We Invest in Customer Support

I've been off the past two weeks due to Christmas vacation. Spent lotsa good time with family and friends. I came back to the office today to find all of our project managers and most task people out. Why? Go Live! In fact we have eight metal casters going live this week. That is quite an accomplishment.

This is also why we have invested so heavily in Client Services. Three years ago we hired three employees whose sole responsibility is to answer your questions. We have invested heavily in these people with one goal, to ensure our customers are taken care of. Think about this, these people do not bill, they are a "cost". I do not like to equate people with a "cost" and quite frankly if you run your business that way, I suspect you have customer issues.

With all of these Project Managers and Task people out of the office, we have highly skilled and trained employees answering your questions. Many thanks to Lori, Patrick and Marcia for all of your efforts.
